CWT Meetings & Events collaborated with the customer in order to execute a unique incentive event with a strong CSR aspect. The purpose was to recognize and celebrate the power of community, and reward employees for their efforts and success from around the globe. In addition the incentive would include a way for employees to give back to the environment and make a big impact for years to come.
A renowned French chocolatier took employees and pastry chef/confectioner clients on a journey into the heart of artisanal chocolate production country – Peru. This event strengthened the company’s brand image and loyalty with clients, who saw the quality of its raw ingredients first-hand. It also enhanced employees’ relationships with both clients and growers, while reinforcing their pride in the company. The event went on to win two prestigious industry awards.
Our teams in Brazil and Spain collaborated to overcome exceptional challenges and create a unique Spanish experience. Attendees were left with unforgettable memories from Madrid, while cost savings at show-stopping venues were also delivered to our client, one of Brazil’s largest insurance companies.
