When Virin first joined the company she viewed her role as simply participating in the tendering of incentive programs in Paris. But she soon realized that her position is not just about budgets and simply replying to customers’ needs. Instead she views one of her main objectives as evoking emotion in the eyes of the guest.
Virin achieves such a powerful objective by uncovering rare destinations, providing a bridge between different cultures and offering the opportunity to share experience.
She cites a recent trip to Cambodia as a perfect example of this, when the client and its guests saw the light coming out of the temples of Angkor Wat during their gala dinner. The overwhelming positive feedback suggested that, for many, this was the most amazing event they had ever attended and made for an emotional climax.
