An automobile manufacturer needed to educate more than 300 sales representatives, managers and distributors about its first fully electric car. It wanted the event to be fun and generate excitement, while also training attendees and ensuring their buy-in on the new model.
CWT Meetings & Events secured a spacious, contemporary venue—appropriately called Electric—within the city. The team developed an event concept around the French phrase for “get plugged in,” which complemented the new model, but also reflected the event’s interactive approach to educational objectives and engagement.
Intense logistical preparation and execution resulted in a dramatic product reveal, workshops, training and evening activities. It even transformed a Parisian rooftop into a vehicle test track.
